A SALARIED WIT – GROSSMITH, GILBERT AND SULLIVAN

This timeless masterpiece is brought up to date in a highly comic new English version, shot on and around a golf course and will be available soon on DVD.

A Salaried Wit & Falstaff will soon be available on DVD on Capriol's new venture with Signum Vision. The official launch of the new label will be in September, but Capriol and MTL fans will be able to purchase DVD's from the Signum Records website in the late Spring.

Lucy Brown, who played Barbara Peache in Peter Warlock - Some Little Joy, is currently playing the lead in series 2 of Primaeval for ITV.

Susannah Fielding, who recently played Kate in "She Stoops to Conquer" is back at the National Theatre playing Hero in "Much Ado about Nothing" and is also in "The Hour we Knew Nothing about Each Other", which having learned the huge part of Kate in a matter of days, must be a relief since the new play is wordless!

Joseph Thompson, who played Hastings in "She Stoops" is also at the National, where he will be appearing in Tony Harrison's new play "Fram" in the Olivier Theatre.

Georgina Rich, Winifred Baker in "Peter Warlock - Some Little Joy", will play Portia in "The Merchant of Venice" at the Royal Shakespeare Company this year.
